The short version

Use our tools legally and respectfully. Don't try to break, abuse, or resell them. We'll provide reasonable uptime and useful tools. If something goes wrong, we'll help you make it right.

Use of the service

You agree not to:

Your content

You own the content you create using AceVault products. We do not claim any ownership of your work. We need a limited license to store, process, and display your content only to provide the service back to you.

Paid products

Some products include paid tiers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — just email us.

Uptime

We aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. If the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact support and we'll make it right.

Termination

You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the terms above, with notice when reasonably possible.

Liability

AceVault products are provided "as is" without warranty. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Some jurisdictions don't allow this — if so, the limit is the smallest amount permitted by law.

Changes

When we update these terms in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you where appropriate.
